JavaProspect: Annoying Xcode problem. When I hit run button in xcode, xdoce window becomes inactive like it is trying to pop up a new window. It starts working when I click on desktop and again on xcode window.

Annoying Xcode problem. When I hit run button in xcode, xdoce window becomes inactive like it is trying to pop up a new window. It starts working when I click on desktop and again on xcode window.
