eClinicalWorks was ... trying to capitalize on ... electronic record keeping. Flaws in its software allegedly caused medication mix-ups and nearly 2,000 lab orders to go missing ... the software did not reliably record diagnostic imaging orders ... faulty software was a factor in his wife's death.
